New Pickles

New pickles are cucumbers that have been recently fermented for a short period, typically between 1 to 10 days. New pickles often have a milder flavor compared to fully fermented pickles, with a taste that's closer to a salted cucumber infused with pickling spices and garlic. Many people enjoy the crisp and refreshing quality of new pickles.

During the summer months, our new pickles may have a slightly greener color and a bit more half-sour taste upon arrival. This is due to the warmer weather during transportation. But we can assure you that these pickles are still delicious and meet our quality standards.
