Sometimes packages like to play hide-and-seek. First, check around your home and with neighbors to see if it’s been tucked away nearby. If it’s still missing, contact FedEx to start a trace. If they can’t locate it, file a missing package report and send us the claim number. Once we have that, we’ll happily send out a replacement so you don’t have to go without your pickles! 🥒📦✨

Absolutely! 🥒 Your pickles are perfectly safe to enjoy even if they arrive a little warm. During shipping, ice packs may thaw along the way, but that doesn’t affect safety. Just pop your pickles into the fridge once they arrive to keep them tasting fresh and delicious.

When stored properly, our pickles will keep for at least 2 months. To keep them tasting their very best, make sure they remain fully submerged in the brine. This helps preserve their flavor and keeps the top from drying out. For an extra touch of care, give the jar a gentle shake once a week to redistribute the brine evenly.

No problem! If the flavor is a bit too bold for your taste, simply pour out some of the brine and replace it with filtered water. This will naturally reduce the saltiness and mellow the overall flavor without taking away from that delicious pickle bite.

Yes, completely normal! Cloudy or white brine is a natural sign of fermentation—it means your pickles are alive with good flavor. Sometimes the brine settles when a jar sits on the shelf. A gentle shake will bring it all back together.

Fizzing is nothing to worry about—it’s just a natural part of fermentation and a little pressure buildup inside the jar. Simply loosen the lid to let out the extra gas, then store your pickles in the fridge. They’re perfectly safe to eat and still just as crunchy and delicious as ever.
