Wholesale Text Message Program
The Pickle Guys offers order-related text messaging to wholesale customers with an active wholesale account. Messages include weekly order requests, order confirmations, and delivery updates. This is a two-way conversational service; you can also text us your order. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in
When you open or update a wholesale account with us, in person at our store or by phone with our wholesale team, you may provide your mobile number and agree to receive order-related texts. Our staff confirms your consent with the following statement:
"You agree to receive order-related text messages from The Pickle Guys, including weekly order requests, order confirmations, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
We record each opt-in with the date, account, and the consent language used. Existing wholesale customers may also simply text our number to place or confirm an order; we reply only with information related to your order.
