Wholesale Tool End-User License Agreement

The Pickle Guys — Wholesale Automation Tool · Effective June 11, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Wholesale Automation Tool (the "Application") provided by The Pickle Guys ("we," "us," "our"). The Application is a private, internal business tool. By accessing or using it, the user ("you") agrees to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant authorized employees and agents of The Pickle Guys a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Application solely for our internal wholesale business operations. The Application is not licensed or made available to the general public.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for its intended business purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, interfere with the Application's operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google, and Supabase. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms. Data exchanged with QuickBooks Online is used only to create and manage our own invoices.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related materials are owned by The Pickle Guys. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Pickle Guys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
