- Fermentation continues in the Jar. Our pickle jars are hand packed and not vacuum sealed. There may be a slight leak from the containers when they arrive and that is absolutely okay.
- Refrigerate your pickles as soon as they arrive. Also loosen lids before storing in the refrigerator so gas from the fermentation can be released.
- Make sure the pickle items are submerged in the brine at all times and shake the container once a week.
